OPP have now laid charges against a man in connection with an incident last week where a mini-excavator was used to cause damage to several vehicles in Kenora.OPP had to use a stun gun to stop the operator.
The 64-year old man will appear in Kenora court at the end of the month on charges that include mischief and unauthorized possession of a weapon.
