The NDP is blasting Ontario's transportation minister for recent comments he made about northern Ontario's highways.Critic Gilles Bisson says it's not good enough for Glen Murray to apologize for poor winter road maintenance.
Bisson believes the Liberals are making the overtures because of a pending election.
