Some high school sports might be coming back.
Local board officials say they'll release more details later, but the principal of the high school in Kenora says boys and girls hockey, boys basketball, girls volleyball and curling at schools with the Rainy Rainy River District School Board and the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board will resume by the end of the month.
Clinton Bruetsch says teams will be run by volunteers.
Bruetsch says they won't be competing for provincial titles because teachers are required for those events and area teachers have not yet commited to returning to extra-curricular activities.
