A 53-year-old man will make a court appearance next month on an impaired driving charge.OPP arrested the man Wednesday night in Fort Frances after a vehicle failed to stop for a pedestrian using the light activated crosswalk on King's Highway.
Police says breath samples taken from the driver were found to be twice the legal limit.
