Sparton Resources says it's closed a half-million dollar private placement with Osisko Mining.
It's part of a Letter of Intent giving Osisko the option to buy 70 per cent interest in 7,500 of mining claims near Atikokan held by Spartan and other parties.
The claims are near Osisko's Hammond Reef project.
