A former northwestern Ontario Anglican Church Minister is back in a Kenora court this week.
Ralph Rowe faces eleven sexual assault charges against seven individuals from remote northern first nation communities. The one-time boy scout master has already gone through two trials, most recently two years ago, for sexually abusing young boys in northern Ontario communities during the 1970's and 1980's.
He is currently serving a three year sentence.
