The group that has taken on some of the planning of this year's Canada Day activities in Fort Frances is now seeking some financial help from the town.The "It's Eh Celebration " committee is planning to hold a singing competition and nightly entertainment.
The committee doesn't ask for any particular dollar amount, but in a letter to council it does note that it's budgeting $4,200 towards events.
The group come forward after the Fun in the Sun Committee collapsed because of a lack of volunteers.
