Sarah Campbell will receive a lot of valentines today from the Canadian Union of Public Employees.
The union representing workers at the Kenroa-Rainy River District Child and Youth Services is dropping them off for the area's MPP to deliver to the new Premier.
Union president Don Pearson says they're to signify the funding problems the newly merge agency is facing.
Pearson says its also taking twice as long to service client, and services they can provide are becoming limited.
