The Liberal government has released it's long term energy plan.Energy Minister Bob Chiarelli says the plan should save rate payers over $70 billion by 2030.
Chiarelli says that is made possible by some big changes.
He says the average consumer can expect to see $523 less in the near term and over $38-hundred over the life of the plans.
