The League of Minnesota Cities is leaving International Falls with plenty of ideas on how to sustain city services.The municipal lobby group held four community consultations as part of a fact-finding mission.
Spokesperson Don Reeder says there's fear every City in Minnesota could be in a deficit position in three years if things don't change.
The League intends to come out with a report later this summer.
