Ontario's doctors say they could be facing a 16 per cent pay cut over four years because of the provincial government's proposed wage freeze.The Ontario Medical Association says it is "seriously concerned'' about what it calls a significant negative impact on patients, physicians and the health-care system because of terms suggested in last month's budget.
