The fate of Ontario's minority Liberal government will hang in the balance a week from today in the budget vote.If the opposition parties vote down the budget, voters will be going to the polls for the second time in less than a year.
The Liberals need at least two opposition votes to survive and have yet to strike a deal with the N-D-P.
