There could be a huge jump coming to water rates in International Falls.Chair of the city's finance committee Cynthia Jacksa says the water department is currently running a deficit and an increase as high as 12 per cent in rates might be needed to offset the shortfall.
Jacksa says a study of the water system, due at the end of this month, will help determine the size of the increase.
