Osisko Mining says its still reviewing a takeover bid from Goldcorp, but views the offer as being "very low" and opportunistic." Goldcorp announced Monday its intent to acquire Osisko in a deal worth about $2.6 billion dollars.
Osisko says it has formed a special committee to study the offer and will communicate with shareholders "as appropriate."
