The Town of Fort Frances is considering new water and sewer rates for apartment buildings with three units or less.It stems from concerns from a local landlord about the amount of money charged for her two properties.
Council agreed at their meeting this past week to explore the potential of a new residential rate class
for properties that contain three or fewer rental units.
