Sturgeon in Rainy Lake and the Namakan River are continuing to get a lot of attention from researchers.They're tracking the movements of fish implanted with transmitters.
Lakehead University associate professor Brian McLaren says they've already gained some interesting data about spawning habits.
The study has been funded for another two years.
