A northwestern Ontario Liberal is warning about a loophole in an opposition proposal to reduce auto insurance rates.Thunder Bay-Atikokan MPP Bill Mauro says the NDP sponsored bill, while lowering rates in southern Ontario, would actually increase rates for residents of northern Ontario.
