Exercise - The Simple Prescription


An Ontario doctor is promoting exercise as the most important thing we  can do to improve our health.

Dr. Michael Evans spoke to a Fort Frances audience last night as part of Mental Health Week.

He says seeing patients with a variety of illnesses led him to realize their prescription was so simple.

Evans outlines his reasons in a video posted on You Tube that's received more than a million and a half hits.
