The Fort Frances Chamber of Commerce is giving its support to a private members bill that calls for changes to the province's Endangered Species Act.Conservative MPP Laurie Scott wants more emphasis placed on social and economic factors when considering species or habitats for protection.
Scott also want to increase the time the public has to comment on proposals from 30 to 90 days.
