Ontario's education minister is pushing elementary school teachers to get back to discussions on their contracts.Laurel Broten sent a letter to all 72 boards in the province urging teachers not to opt out of the talks and go straight to local bargaining.
If they do, she warns, they will have to meet whatever framework is worked out in the current forum.
