Premier Dalton McGuinty is accusing Ontario's Progressive Conservatives of trying to force an election he says no one wants.McGuinty says he's disappointed the Opposition immediately vowed to vote against last week's budget without really looking at what it contains and offering no suggestions for improvement.
Meantime, Ontario's New Democrats want a new income tax bracket for people earning over half-a-million dollars in exchange for supporting the minority Liberal government.
