A Canadian entrepreneur says you don't have to be an international conglomerate or a national government to affect change.That was one of the message's delivered by Barb Steggeman in Fort Frances Thursday.
Steggeman, who launched her perfume business from her home, says it' not always about making money.
Steggeman's visit coincided with International Women's Day, a day she used two years ago to launch her company.
