The work of a national panel on Aboriginal Education is being dismissed by Grand Council Treaty Three.The Panel's report contained five key recommendations.
But Grand Chief of Treaty Three Diane Kelly says the federal government still need to recognize their treaty rights to education.
Kelly endorses the principals of the panel, but finds its recommendations too "top heavy".
