If police service boards get their way, people with unpaid fines would be denied their vehicle registration sticker.The Ontario Association of Police Services Boards says chronic offenders should have their vehicles seized.
The boards say there are one-billion dollars worth of unpaid fines in Ontario, for everything from traffic offences to trespassing.
