Pink Flamigos are popping up in front of some homes in Atikokan.Jim Turner, community coordinator for Special Olympics Atikokan, says they're putting them there to help raise money for two local athletics to go to an upcoming Winter Games.
Residents who are flocked are asked to make a donation to have them removed and offer up another victim.
