The US Customs and Border Protection Agency is batting around the idea of putting up fences along the border with Canada to keep bad guys out.The agency will hold public meetings, starting Monday in Duluth, on its proposals for better managing trouble-spots along the border where cross-border violators are tougher to control.
It's also considering higher-tech options, like using more radar ground sensors and drones.
