Delta Air Lines is seeking federal approval for changes to its flights at International Falls.Delta wants two subsidized routes handed over to another air carrier.
It's part of a host of changes the airline is seeking at airports across the United States.
Delta says it has been losing $14 million a year serving 24 cities.
Flights out of International Falls have been averaging 53 per cent capacity.
