Hazel Leaves Foundation

Riverside Foundation for Health Care is losing its director.

Teresa Hazel is leaving the Foundation to become Chief Executive Officer of the native group Good Life for Young People Foundation beginning Tuesday.

Hazel has been with Riverside for the past eleven years.
