Civil rights lawyer Clayton Ruby is taking his fight to overturn Ontario's pit-bull ban to the highest court in Canada.
Ruby says the legislation which assumes that it's the nature of the breed that creates danger is wrong.
He's asking the Supreme Court to review of an Appeal Court decision last October that upholds the province's ban.
