A Waterloo man accused of helping his wife commit suicide is free on bail in Thunder Bay.
Peter Fonteece is due back in court on May 7. He is charged with criminal negligence causing death and assisted suicide in the death of 38-year-old Yanisa Fonteece in a Thunder Bay motel.
