Koochiching County ranks near the middle in a new report examining the healthiness of counties in Minnesota.Counties were ranked by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute on a variety of factors.
Koochiching's rating is dragged down in part by slightly higher than average rates for adult obesity, excessive drinking and child poverty.
