Premier's not saying if the Drummond Report will have any effect on funding levels for the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund.Speaking in Thunder Bay yesterday, Dalton McGuinty would only commit to keeping it in existence.
The fund currently has an annual budget of $100-million.
