Ontario's doctors say they could be facing a 16 per cent pay cut over four years because of the provincial government's proposed wage freeze.
The Ontario Medical Association says it is "seriously concerned'' about what it calls a significant negative impact on patients, physicians and the health-care system because of terms suggested in last month's budget.
Court has fined a Mine Centre man $2,500 for illegal moose hunting.
Myron Huber pleaded guilty the charge laid back in October.
Court was told the hunter shoot a bull moose east of Mine Centre, but another person, who was not hunting at the time, attached his seal to the animal.
Along with the fine, Huber was also banned from hunting in Ontario for a year.
